When will my prank be posted?
All packages are dispatched within 1 working day of purchase and usually arrive the following day but please allow for up to working 4 days.
Will my victim have to sign for their parcel?
Yes! All packages are sent by Royal Mail 24 Recorded & Signed For delivery, so your postman will have to hand over the package and obtain a signature.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
At present we are only shipping to UK addresses. We are planning to ship worldwide in the near future.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes - we will email you a Royal Mail tracking number when we dispatch your package. Please note, Royal Mail only update the tracking when the package has been signed for.
Do you offer refunds?
